With over 10 years of experience as a real estate attorney in central Florida, Sandi J. Kracht, Esq., has handled hundreds of real estate closings, from residential transactions to multi-million dollar complex commercial transactions involving sales of gas stations, golf courses and entire residential subdivisions. She has also represented numerous developers in the acquisition of real estate and the platting of subdivisions, including the initial drafting of the governing documents for homeowners and condominium associations, drafting of easements, utility agreements and contracts for the sale of lots to end users. Sandi also represents numerous homeowners and condominium associations throughout central Florida, handling their collection matters, covenant enforcement disputes and revisions to their governing documents. Prior to joining the Kracht Law Firm, P.A. in April of 2014, Sandi was an associate attorney in a renowned law firm in downtown Orlando for ten years, heading the Firm’s real estate department.
Sandi received her B.A. degree from Cornell University and her J.D. degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2004, is admitted to practice in Bankruptcy Court in the Middle District of Florida, and Federal Court in the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Sandi is also a title insurance agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
Sandi and her husband Brian have two active children, two rambunctious dogs and live in Winter Park, Florida. In her free time, Sandi enjoys running and cheering on her kids at the baseball and soccer fields.
