A Florida Probate Provided by Kracht Law Firm, P.A.

Privacy and legal notices

What information this website collects, how inquiries are handled, and the legal notices that apply to the information on this site.

Information you provide

When you submit the inquiry form, the site collects what you enter (your name, email address, an optional phone number, a topic, and an optional short note) solely so the firm can respond to your inquiry.

The website does not keep a copy of your inquiry in its database. If the form asks you to correct a field, or if sending fails, your entries are held for up to 10 minutes so they can be shown back to you, and are then deleted automatically. To limit spam, the site keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address for one hour to count recent submissions; it is not used to identify you.

Information collected automatically

The site runs on WordPress and is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare and the site’s server may log standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and operations. The site does not use advertising trackers and sets no cookies for visitors who are not signed in to manage the site. If the firm enables analytics, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and how to opt out.

How information is used and shared

Inquiry information is used to evaluate and respond to your request. It is not sold. It may be shared with service providers who deliver the form email, and as required by law. Links to other websites, such as the Florida Legislature’s statutes or Google Maps, take you to sites with their own privacy practices.

Confidentiality note

Information submitted before an attorney-client relationship is established may not be treated as confidential or privileged. Please do not send confidential details, account numbers, Social Security numbers, or medical information until the firm confirms it can represent you.

General information, not legal advice

This website explains Florida probate, trust administration, and estate planning in general terms. It is not legal advice about your situation, and the law and its effective dates can change. Reading the site or contacting the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. Kracht Law Firm, P.A. represents a client only after agreeing to do so in writing.

Fees and results

Any fee information on this site describes how the firm generally approaches pricing. The actual fee for a matter is set in a written engagement agreement. Outcomes and timelines depend on the facts of each matter, and no result is guaranteed.
